How much is shipping, and how fast?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Orders over $75 ship free. We pack and send orders as quickly as we can, and you'll get a tracking number by email once yours is on the way.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because we sell consumable herbal products, all sales are final and we don't offer returns. The one exception: if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for the details.
How do I use my herbs?
Every product page has a short 'Good to know' section with simple guidance. Start low, stay consistent, and store your herbs in a cool, dry place. New to herbs? Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before starting anything new, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.
Are your herbs wildcrafted or organic?
Both. We source wildcrafted and organic botanicals, chosen with intention. Brotha SHAWT travels to learn the plants at the source and brings that knowledge back to the community.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes. Come see us at 4414 S. Marsalis Ave in Oak Cliff, Dallas, TX. We also host classes, field trips, and consultations, check the Events tab.
How do I become a member?
