All sales are final. Because we sell consumable herbal products, we do not offer refunds or returns.

For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on herbal products, teas, edibles, or any other consumable items once an order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement of the affected item. This is the only exception to our all-sales-final policy.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has shipped.
Services
Consultations, classes, and other services are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, reach out and we will do our best to accommodate.
